Job Description:

Global leader in audio and visual branding and experiential marketing seeks DYNAMIC, DRIVEN, Exceptional sales executive with proven experience in selling concepts to high level buyers in a B2B environment.  


Main job function

 The following are non-negotiables for this role:

1.      A solid understanding and background in experiential marketing

2.      Ability to quickly build rapport and develop long-term relationships with customers

3.      Ability to uncover a customer’s full set of needs and understand their business, then use this information and a strong business acumen to shape their brand experience strategy

4.      Influence high level decision makers to buy

5.      Highly driven, competitive, and honest


Proven record of success:

  • Strong performance against sales goals, objectives, and target
  • Gather & analyze intelligence on industry to establish valuable insights into target markets, partners, and competitors
  • Experience working with national sales accounts with cycles lasting 4-6 months or longer
  • Develop and execute a prospecting plan that targets and secures appointments with key decision makers
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Initiate contact & develop strong long-term relationships with high-level decision-makers at SME and large corporates
  • Lead sales conversations with high-level decision makers
  • Prepare & conduct formal sales presentations
  • Collaborate with clients in developing & implementing their brand experience strategies
  • Sell and/or develop experiential marketing concepts
  • Manage customer expectations, ensure successful onboarding of customers and implementation of experiential marketing concepts
  • Effectively transfer knowledge of the customer organization that will allow the assigned Account Manager to successfully manage the account
  • Make recommendations and implement strategies to increase penetration into the account base
  • Maintain positive and successful working relationships with other internal departments



Strong business acumen

Minimum 5 years’ experience selling B2B solutions to SME and large corporates, preferably in contracted subscription services

Compile and deliver compelling value propositions to decision-makers and lead extensive contract negotiations

Strong command and understanding of business language - margins, pricing, mark-ups, cost of sales, CAPEX

Able to compile a marketing strategy

Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to maintain a high level of productivity with solid time management skills
