An Investment Management company based in Cape Town is currently looking to recruit a Senior Investment Support Administrator who will be responsible for sourcing information and documents, scheduling meetings and monitoring reports to ensure the correct information are given to the correct parties
Main job function
File library material
Maintain electronic & conventional library.
Monitor mailboxes and distribute information.
Upload intranet information.
Manage company diary.
Create radio rosters on a monthly basis.
Maintain daily analyst files for the CIO.
Prepare and present ORM reports.
Oversee smooth running of the Investment Support team
Degree in Management/ Office admin/ legal/ Information systems
(Please note candidates without a completed degree will not be considered for this position)
5+ Years in a similar role or a Legal Librarian role
