Main job function
Book keeping to Balance Sheet, monthly journals, annual financial statements prep and audit.
Employment equity, Workmen s compensations (RMA submission and reconciliation
Submission of Stats SA. Yearly WSP and ATR submission. Payments on business on line.
Monthly salaries, statutory submission and requirements, VAT 201’s and EMP 201’s, EMP 501, submissions and IRP5’s.
Asset management, insurance management, organizing and maintaining personnel records, updating internal HR databases, preparing HR document, revise company policies.
Liaising with external partners, like insurance vendors and ensure legal compliance.
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics. Answer employee queries about HR related issues. Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
Level 7 / CIMA qualification / Chartered Accountant a must
Three years’ experience using SAGE Evolution a must
Excellent reporting skills/ Excel Pivots and Vlookup’s
