Main job function
Working with a driven team on the next stage of development at a company with international markets
Salesforce platform forms the operational backbone of our organization. It’s not just a CRM system or a sales tool but is used by all areas of the business including Finance, Development and Support and is also central to our e-commerce solution
The chosen candidate will report to the IT Manager Administration
Deliver projects and platform enhancements to the system
Act as the technical point of contact and technical advisor to the organization
Define best practice and more importantly ensure that this is followed
Responsible for the smooth running and daily administration of the Salesforce system to ensure the continued, effective, and reliable operation of our Salesforce implementation Analysis
Support the Management Team in their key objective of becoming a data-driven organisation, creating a consolidated IT and data landscape across all systems
Responsible for liaising with internal departments and stakeholders in the plan, design, development and launch of functionality that will support and improve the company moving forward
With a continuous improvement program in place, you will be key to ensuring that the platform does not become static, but is constantly evolving and meeting ever demanding user requirements
Reporting
Create and maintain reports both within Salesforce and a Business Intelligence reporting tool (e.g., Power BI) connecting to a data warehouse 3
The role will require someone with previous experience of sales and marketing analytics and reporting optimization
University degree, preferably in an analytical or numerate subject
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM201)
Integration of Salesforce to an e-commerce platformMore than 6 years’ experience working in a similar role and must have extensive experience in the administration of Salesforce Lightning and maintenance of Salesforce systems in a similar environment - SOLE AND/OR MAIN SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR
Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of CRM best practices and implementations
Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades
Proficiency in creating Salesforce users, profiles, allocating roles and managing access
Experience in developing custom objects, flows, processes, formulas, and validation rules
In-Depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities including but not limited to Service Cloud
Comfortable with using Salesforce AppExchange
