SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Grow market share within Sales Area.
· Ensure business growth and profitability.
· To optimize and manage the sales marketing effort of the rock tools.
· Time management
· Able to work remotely without supervision.
· Forge a relationship between customers.
· Maintain and improve the company’s relationship with their respectful customer (encouraged to develop new relationships).
· Ensure that correct pricing and increments are put into effect.
· Maintain customer relations and technical support to clients.
· Promote company image through quality excellence and build good and lasting customer relations with trust and integrity.
· Site visits with specific objectives, asking the right question to determine short & long-term goals and plans that the customer have.
· Follow up on customer quotations to ensure sales.
· Liaison with customers on their requirements to enable the customer to reach
their objectives (Resolving problems, product implementation, pricing, deliveries, and assisting the customers with the best equipment for their drilling requirements by either introducing a new product or developing a new product).
Valid Drivers license
Previous sales experience in the mining equipment sector.
