· Engaging with existing customers to determine their needs and expansion plans.
· Generating new sales leads to grow the business space (includes cold calls).
· Introducing customers to Clients products that best meet their needs.
· Coordinating with internal resources to address customer questions/objections.
· Providing pricing, creating, and submitting individualized quotes.
· Monitoring market feedback for product quality and pricing.
· Reporting quality issues and market demands to our principals.
· Attending online training sessions as and when offered by our principals.
· Disseminating relevant knowledge to the rest of the team and the market.
· Closing the sales process through the point of order receipt.
· Conduct demonstrations for the consumables’ product line.
· Provide annual marketing strategy for product group.
· Work with team to generate and maintain marketing materials for the product group, incl. Social Media Marketing.
· Provide regular progress reports to line manager.
· Manage and maintain leads, contacts, and account information in our CRM (Salesforce).
· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of hands-on experience with GC-MS or LC-MS experience
· Experience with GC×GC, and/or High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry a PLUS.
· Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
· Experience with direct customer interaction.
· Familiarity with personal computers and Windows software and applications.
· Desire to function in a team environment while being able to operate independently.
· Willingness to travel.
