Job Description:

A leading consulting firm requires a Relationship Sales Coordinator to join their team 

Main job function

Responsible for the co-ordination and execution of relationship sales activities in support of the Commercial Manager. This role will include coordination of general day-to-day Relationship Sales functions, execution of milestones, tracking of opportunities and presales, filing and administration. This role requires a person to be hands-on, organised, committed to delivery, enjoy communicating with others and can work well under pressure.

Qualifications:

Matric

Diploma or degree

Experience:

Good client liaison and relationship management skills, i.e. excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective and proactive expectation setting, articulate, good telephone and face-to-face etiquette

Excellent written skills

Excellent time management and priority setting skills

Planning and organising

Ability to compile business related communication, i.e. presentations, reports, documentation and detailed email communication

Good administration skills and attention to detail

Multi-tasking

Ability to respond to ad hoc requests and take instruction

Key Performance areas

Maintaining and updating of all internal sales systems (Sharepoint, MS Dynamics, Trello internal system MyWorkLife©)

Support costings

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Coordinating Sales Revenue Reporting – ensuring all system information is up to date to enable accurate revenue reporting

Coordinating People Allocation Reporting support the Commercial Manager with People Allocation reporting by ensuring systems are up to date in reflecting the status of all opportunities and ensuring people are accurately allocated to projects

Performing relationship sales support tasks as and when they arise, including billing and invoicing follow-ups, rates negotiation preparation and costing models

Setting priorities, managing a variety of job responsibilities with effective organisational skills, and working within deadlines
