Our client, a leading premium alcohol distributor with offices nationwide, seeks well rounded and driven Regional Sales and Distribution Manager to join their KZN team.
Main job function
Manage and coordinate team and individual call cycles as to ensure all geographical outlets and call requirements are met.
Daily management of the sales team and ensuring that the Brand Sales team adhere to the following:
· Calling on their outlets as per their respective call cycles
· Achieve all daily calls as per call cycle and drive sales targets per outlet
· Ensure general well-being of the teams and ensure that the teams are safe at all the time in the field by identifying threats
· Generate daily gap-list to help teams identify opportunities in their outlets
· Adhere to all required deadlines and reporting requirements
· Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
5+ years in similar position
Must have knowledge of liquor industry
Strong sales background
Strong management skills
