The purpose of the position is to set the strategy ad lead delivery of Record to report operations through the establishment of centralized Accounting hubs. This is a large transformation with major impact across the organization. The accounting hubs will manage delivery of transnational fiance as well as selected knowledge centric services with the initial headcount of 60 employees.
The purpose of this position is to manage and lead teams delivering all record to report process including general accounting fixed assets acounting, period end close and statuatory reporting and consolidation
The position requires a fiance professional with extensive knowledge of accountancy and financial reporting standards. The professional should preferably have a prior experience of working in shared services like organizations and understand end to end record to report processes related to journal, provisions, accruals, managing month close activates and reporting.
Qualified Chartered Accountant or Masters in business administration from a top tier program
- 8 years minimum of experience across record to report processes with a minimum of 5 years in a shared services centre.
- Minimum three years of experience in a managerial role
