Job Description:

A leading solutions partner for the South African Healthcare industry for 30 years, seeks QMS Administrator starting 2019 

Main job function

To implement and maintain ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2016

Monthly reporting on the Quality management system

Internal and external audit programs

Provide quality awareness and training

Assist Procurement and Operations

Assist with business improvement plans

Ensure all employees are trained in ISO 9001:2008 / 13485:2016

Aware of legislative requirements and maintains compliance

Ensure QC inspections are conducted

Manage Internal and External communication register

Promote a safe working environment

Ensure that HSE enforces the Occupational Health and Safety Act


Matric with Mathematics

BComm Degree with Auditing experience

Total Quality management


AA/EE position: Full understanding of our manufacturing environment (printing and packaging)

More than 5 years’ experience in ISO systems and in a Supervisory / Management role

Quality Competencies: Essential Quality Tools, HSE Competencies, be aware of all legal compliance requirements, etc
