Main job function
The project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination, administration, and support of the Project Manager on the successful delivery of assigned projects, in line with project constraints of cost, time, and quality parameters.
Build strong relationships withal levels of the Customer and 3rd Party Vendors.
Coordinate delivery of all aspects of assigned projects.
Ensure all approved orders are received in good order and are file in the correct fashion, conduct project initiation, kick off.
Gather relevant time estimates, dependencies and lead times
High level understanding of project components to be represented in a Work Breakdown Structure to assist to drive critical path activities.
Work closely with the Solutions and Technical teams.
Be knowledgeable on all aspects of the project, including but not limited to, SLAs, timescales, supplier services, costs, hardware, devices etc.
Manage and co ordinate all phases of the project cycle, from kick off to closure.
Degree level qualification, ITIL or Prince 2 certification, CAPM (PMI) advantageous.
Five years of project coordination experience within a Service Provider environment or ICT / Telecommunications industry essential.
