Job Description:

Main job function

To provide support to the IAF Capital equipment Sales Department.

      Oracle and MS Word Quotations

      Maintain and manage costing data and equipment cost sheets

      Implement and maintain master customer data base and related price structures

      Monitor and identify industry related tenders

      Follow up on quotes weekly

      Ensure that the internal office procedures are efficiently maintained

      Liaise with internal departments as and when required

      File, Document Control and Enquiry Register Maintenance

      Ensure Weekly & Month-End Sales Reports are done correctly

      Enter purchase orders received into the system

      Assist customers with queries

      Following through of pending orders

      Request prices from local and overseas suppliers

Qualifications:

      Matric

      Technical tertiary education advantageous

Experience:

      Matric

      Technical tertiary education advantageous

      2 years' experience in a similar role

      Ability to read technical drawings

      Computer literacy (MS Office)

      Oracle experience (advantageous)

      Good verbal and written communication skills

      Customer focused and able to build relations

      Administration skills

      Organizational skills

      Able to work independently

      Employee: Manager
