Main job function
To provide support to the IAF Capital equipment Sales Department.
• Oracle and MS Word Quotations
• Maintain and manage costing data and equipment cost sheets
• Implement and maintain master customer data base and related price structures
• Monitor and identify industry related tenders
• Follow up on quotes weekly
• Ensure that the internal office procedures are efficiently maintained
• Liaise with internal departments as and when required
• File, Document Control and Enquiry Register Maintenance
• Ensure Weekly & Month-End Sales Reports are done correctly
• Enter purchase orders received into the system
• Assist customers with queries
• Following through of pending orders
• Request prices from local and overseas suppliers
• Matric
• Technical tertiary education advantageous
• Matric
• Technical tertiary education advantageous
• 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Oracle experience (advantageous)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer focused and able to build relations
• Administration skills
• Organizational skills
• Able to work independently
