Large Chicken manufacturing concern is seeking a Qualified and experienced Mechanical Or Electrical engineer with a GCC Factories to look after a team of 40 artisans.
A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with 8 years trade experience of which least 5 years in a supervisory category, GCC factories
Experience/Criteria
- GCC
- Having worked in a 1500 + Kw facility, oversight of machinery and team
- Leadership qualities ability to manage multifaced team of +/- 40 artisans
- Refrigeration/Ammonia/hydraulics/Electrical/Mechanical experience is key
- Ability to work on special projects and manage the day-to-day operations
- Experience in dealing the performance management of their reportable
- Ability to work in a high-pressure work environment
- Exchange information in a clear and concise manner (both written and verbal) to senior staff and subordinates,
- Work flexible hours and some weekends as required,
- Thorough understanding of the Labor Relations Act,
- Constantly looking and finding ways to improve plant efficiency and effectiveness,
- Regularly reviews and monitor progress, taking action to reschedule and prioritize
- Understand the full implications of potential problems and minimize their impact,
- Recommend solutions bases on rigorous and sound information research,
- Chicken/FMCG experience would be nice but not mandatory
