Job Description:

A large well established manufacturing company is looking for a PA & Receptionist based in Umhlanga.

 

Main job function

  • Manage all domestic & international travel arrangement
  • Organise and maintain Directors diaries and make necessary appointments
  • Mange, devise and control office systems, including all filing and data management
  • Arrange and prepare all notes; documents and minute taking
  • Manage and screen all calls, enquiries and direct appropriately
  • Plan and organise certain office events
  • Draft communications
Qualifications:
Experience:

▪ Proficient use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, and Power Point & Outlook).

▪ Minimum of 2-3  years experience in a similar role.
