Design and implementation of 360 degree assessments
OD intervention design and implementation
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support the business with organizational effectiveness services that attract, develop, retain talent and build critical skills and capabilities for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Design and delivery of initiatives that amplify the positive and consistent employee experience, engagement and inclusion
Develop and facilitate interventions with managers to drive culture and employee experience imperatives
Provide specialist organizational behaviour and change leadership input to prioritized functional area initiatives and enterprise projects
Design, pilot and implement organization wide client experience & change enablement interventions
Development, implementation and maintenance of the on-boarding/ probation management and orientation process
Design / source and run organization surveys
Provide specialized team facilitation or conflict mediation, when required
Provide input and support to the development, implementation and maintenance of talent management processes and related systems/initiatives
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
Honours degree relevant to Industrial / Organizational Psychology
DESIRED EDUCATION:
Masters in Industrial / Organizational Psychology
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Organizational Effectiveness or similar relevant role
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience working with employee experience and culture enablement processes
