Well established Finance company has a position for an Onboarding Manager to project manage new corporates and their suppliers. Induction, Training, Query Management, Administration etc of the rollout and use of the software platform. The role is based in Randburg.
Main job function
Project manage the onboarding of new corporates and their suppliers.
Design and strategize program rollouts and onboarding solutions
Engage with Corporate Buyers on the best approach to deliver and rollout programs
Corporate Buyers [debtors] and their Suppliers
Train new Clients and their Suppliers on the processes and using the Software platform
Conduct calls to key suppliers to facilitate onboarding and program growth
Manage & maintain relationships of programs between the company and clients
Develop generate monthly, weekly, ad-hoc reports
Day to day client contact, handling client issues with proactive follow up with the respective teams.
Degree in Commerce – Finance/IT
5 years’ work experience in a similar environment
Ability to take initiative, learn quickly and strive for results
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong team player and motivator
Analytical mind, organized, attention to details
Project management skills
Highly techno savvy
