Main job function
The Business Banking Division is responsible for Trans actional Banking products and services relating to Business, NPO and Corporate Banking accounts and customer types, as well as International Banking.
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Client management including periodic client visits.
Responsible for Business Plans and implementation of strategies
Responsible for the achievement of financial targets
Preparation of annual budget
Operational management of the division
Preparation and submission of relevant reports
Review of proceduresEnsures the Division’s compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Related qualification in Investments, finance, and Banking
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the position of a Sales manager (sales /finance/credit) within a financial institution.
Sales experience in Trans actional/ corporate banking
Experience in an Islamic Banking environment would be an advantage
Understanding of FAIS and FICA requirement
Banking Policies and Procedures
Banks Products and services
Sound Knowledge of the banking industry related to finance and investments.
Knowledge of Shariah principles
Basic Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures
Financial statement analysis
Understand all requirements relating to risk mitigation in the context of Anti-Money Laundering.
Fully conversant with the Bank’s digital Trans actional Banking offering
Knowledge on International Banking
