Main job function
Builds productive working relationships within all departments to manage the brand's day to day operations.
Collaborates with external agencies to manage PR, sponsorship, activation, and channel plans.
Works with the sales team to implement campaigns and track the performance of said campaigns.
Lead the brand's day to day operational activities including budgeting and monitoring of brand performance.
Lead the company’s portfolio execution agenda from LT
Accountable for flawless deployment and execution of the AOP brand plans and delivering the brand KPIs Accountability: Brand Management, Planning & Optimisation.
Improve the competitive strength of the brands and business across the 6Ps.
Develop Local Brand Plans
Use marketing data to identify issues and opportunities to drive brand portfolio growth.
Develop and localize integrated activation brand marketing plans.
Ensure Brand Activation plans are in line with stipulated brand budgets
Relevant experience in FMCG
3-years minimum related experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to Travel with stayovers.
