Job Description:

Medical waste management company based in Pietermaritzburg seeks services of a competent and reliable administrator for the daily operational logistics requirements

Main job function

Ensuring that the daily planned transport/logistics routes are adhered to (National)

Plan KZN routing

Identify any deviations from the daily logistics plan and provide reasons/root causes thereof

Timeous delivery of the daily logistics report to management

Immediately report any abuse of company resources to management

Management and reconciliation of company’s transport resources such as: Fuel spend, daily driver stipends, costs incurred due to vehicle maintenance & breakdowns etc.

Booking and management of accommodation for field drivers according to budget

Assist in another basic admin as required 
Qualifications:

Matric

Experience:

Strong basic mathematical skills & understanding

Strong Excel & MS Office skills and be comfortable to operate other basic systems e.g. In house database system

Previous office/administrative work experience

Must be honest & reliable
