Main job function
The Learning and Technology Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of knowledge management and communication (KMC) platforms and processes, including Digital Hub and HIVShareSpace, for both the TSS Activity and USAID/South Africa Health Office. S/he will fully utilize the Google suite as well as other technology-driven tools to facilitate collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) to meet tactical and strategic needs and will enhance the capacity of programmes to optimize the use of these platforms and tools.
S/he will collaborate with relevant staff/teams to strengthen and maintain effective KMC and CLA practices and systems and will provide project management and administrative support within the Knowledge Stewardship and Use team, and for TSS-wide KMC and CLA processes and work products.
Advanced degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
