Exciting opportunity in a multi-national Renewable Energy Company.

Main job function

Managing a multidisciplinary team as single focal point for technical topics, the PE is responsible for fulfilling the internal and external stakeholders requirements during the whole project´s development and execution phases, leading the entire technical life cycle of Wind Farms (feasibility, basic design, detailed design, under construction and commissioning) providing the necessary support to internal (Project Manager, Construction Manager, Developer, etc.) and external stakeholders, in order to reach their objectives and goals, and ensuring the full accomplishment of the technical contract requirements

Due Diligence, Feasibility Studies, Basic Design and Authorizations, CAPEX estimation, Project Time-schedule, Risk Assessment, WRA, Detail design, BOP/EPC/WTG contracting, and Design to Cost are some of the main tasks the PE will manage

An appreciation of industry best practices, applicable codes, and a process-oriented approach is required


BSc Engineering or enough experience in engineering related field required

Professional Engineering License a plus


Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Leadership skills for managing support/project teams’ resources during project development/construction, ability to handle cost/schedule pressures, as well as motivating the team in a matrix organization

Use of digital tools to help the team share work effectively

Good understanding of budgets and design for cost solutions

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively work within multi-disciplinary project teams with clear communication of expectations

Knowledge of WTG technology, civil design, environmental good practices, grid connection, electrical substation and collection system, main components and functioning

10% to 40% travel domestically and internationally
