KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create and manage a detailed Account Business Plan for each account, which sets out the future business growth of the account by aligning the organizations to co-create long-term value within the relationship.
· Grow market share within Sales Area.
· Ensure business growth and profitability.
· Monitoring and managing the Networking Capital.
· To optimize and manage the sales marketing effort of the rock tools.
· Manage resource availability.
· Forge a relationship between the employer and its customers to maintain good standing within the industry.
· Implementing new prices, negotiating price increases with customers and contractor pricing including tendering.
· Maintain customer relations and technical support to clients
· Promote company image through quality excellence, build good and lasting customer relations with trust and integrity.
· Site visits with specific objectives, asking the right question to determine short & long-term goals and plans that the customer have.
· Liaison with customer on their requirements to enable the customer to reach their objectives (Resolving problems, product implementation, pricing, deliveries and assisting the customers with the best equipment for their drilling requirements by either introducing a new product or developing a new product).
· Follow up on customers quotations
· A good technical ability and understanding of problem solving
Matric
Management / Sales/ Marketing qualification
Valid drivers license
Good communication skills
Previous Management experience in a key accounts Management or sales Management in the mining equipment sector.
