Leading Facilities Management Company is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to be based at the main site in Cape Town. The minimum requirement for this position is an Electrical Trade qualification & at least 5 years’ experience as a Facilities Manager. You will be required to travel to and manage sites in PE, KZN and Pretoria on a regular basis.
Main job function
Responsible for the Key Account Management for the entire client contract.
Manage 7 sites, but based in Cape Town
Travelling to the various sites is required.
Manage electrical, mechanical, construction activities of the sites
Proven record in staff management
Matric or equivalent
Qualified Electrician (wireman’s licence preferable)
Proven Record in staff management
