Main job function
The role will involve drafting i.e., commercial agreements, the provision of opinions and corporate related work on mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will be expected to assume responsibility for working closely with clients, as well as managing elements of various transactions.

LLB, Admitted attorney
Experience/Criteria
The successful candidate should be an admitted attorney with a strong academic record, and solid experience in the corporate commercial department of a law firm.
· 2 to 5 years post articles experience
· Must have experience in high court as well as magistrates court.
