Main Job Function

The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for maintenance of all servers, networks, hardware and software to sustain the Dahua CCTV AI platform.

Maintain all levels of the network, LAN, WAN, Fibre, Wireless networks, and Routers on Mobile networks

Design and maintain IP based CCTV (Dahua) and Access control installations

Oversee CCTV and Access control installations (Project manage)

Management of server client-based setup. (Dahua CCTV platform)

Management of hardware, servers, video wall, workstations etc. related to the Dahua CCTV AI platform

Maintenance of wireless transmission network (Cambium) to ensure network stability from all customer systems to CCTV Control Room control room.

Customized setup of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on all customer systems

IT degree or equivalent Diploma from a reputable educational institution

Equivalent MCSE, A+, N+



5 – 10 years Network experience

Understanding of AI (the architecture and limitations) setup and customization.

Good Network ability – fault-finding and set up and understanding of VLAN’s

Good Microsoft experience for server structuring and system implementation

IP CCTV installation experience – Dahua platform will be advantage.

Access control experience will be advantage.

Knowledge on process and procedures

Wireless network – experience on Cambium products will be advantage.

Ability to train more junior staff on more basic procedures.
