Our client, a major player in construction, has an opportunity for an ICT Programmer

Main job function

Duties and Responsibilities would include:

 

General:

· Back up for Team

· Assist with Official Company/HELM Stock take and capture

· Assist with Stock on floor – Prep for Stock take

· Customer Care Weekly Stock take:

· Stores Cycle Count

· Follow up discrepancies and resolve

· Report back weekly to AM Official Stock take:

· Prepare admin and physical stock n floor for official stock take

· Prep stickers, double check

· Ensure housekeeping is tidy and neat at all times

· Ensure stock is all together and clearly marked

· Ensure documentation is clear and available

· Assist Storeman with physical counts

 

Stores Function:

· Min/Max levels to be maintained on Consumables and Vent parts

· Purchase order request

· Expediting purchase orders

· Allocating of Store items ICT Programming:

· Prepare all nesting for Helm Ventilator Products

· Have all drawings available on the H Drive

· Ensure Consumables lists are correct and formulated for all vents

· Assist with Trumpf 260 and 500 Punching Machines

· Have all programs available on the memory stick ready for the factory at all times

· Assist team with Vent info and calculate material

· Assist SS and team with correct info/drawings for orders

· Assist with design changes where necessary

 

Filing:

· File all documentation related to Stores weekly

· File all documentation related to ICT Programming weekly

· File Helm Drawing signed off and authorized

· Upkeep of drawing registe

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Matric certificate / Grade 12

Purchasing / Business Management qualification or other relevant tertiary qualification

NQF Level 4 Generic Management
Experience:

Experience/Criteria

Minimum 2 years procurement experience

Experience of Supplier BEE requirements

Build good relationship with Suppliers

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation skills, ability to network and influence people

Deadline orientated

Strong analytical skills

ICT Operational Knowledge
