Job Description:

Proudly African company with a global presence, manufacturing high quality products for Africa and the world is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join the team. The purpose of the role is to shape performance and development of all employees, designing and supporting the company talent framework including performance management, succession planning and human resources planning whilst guiding and managing human resources services for the Company. The position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).


Grade 12

Human Resources related degree (NQF Lebel 7)

Related post-graduate qualification advantageous   

SABPP membership – minimum HR practitioner level


5 years’ experience in HR generalist management role

Experience in dispute resolution especially dealing with bargaining council or CCMA and managing union relationship

HR and talent management strategy development and implementation

Strategic business partnering

Recruitment and Selection



Knowledge with regards to relevant legislation (e.g. BCEA, EEA, LRA, SD Act, Code of Good Practice, SDL Act, SETA, SAQA, NQF, POPIA)

B-BBEE in HR context

Administration of Payroll function

Business Acumen – understand organisational context and business needs
