Job Description:

EE. HR/IR Manager required by leading Construction Company. Based at Kusile Witbank.

Salary neg. R650 /700k per annum

Main job function

Reporting to the office manager the incumbent will guide and influence the broad spectrum of contractors / service providers working on Kusile Sites to ensure site wide labor harmony

In Depth knowledge of LRA/BCEA and main agreement /collective agreement

Construction mega project or managing contractor experience

Ability to cope under tremendous pressure

Meeting with stakeholders

Monitor and report on internal and external labor trends and issues, including an early warning system of potential industrial action

Establish and oversee internal structure to address non-compliance

Provide reports as per schedule as well as post-industrial action

Hands on strike management

Recommend mitigating actions to reduce Industrial action risks


Minimum 3 years Labor Related H/R Qualification

Degree or diploma


5 years HR/IR Construction Industry Experience
