Main job function
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources responsibilities and activities, ensuing a comprehensive human resources service delivery to the area of responsibility in support of the requirement of the business.
Professional HR Support – Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Provide a one stop HR service to employees and line management. Ensure compliance with HR related policies and procedures. Communicate all HR policy and procedure changes and amendments as and when it happens. Drive and maintain employee communication and employee engagement process. Compile and analyse Reports on employee status and provide decision support metrices. Ensure legal compliance through human resources management chain.
Recruitment and selection – Act as a custodian of the end-to-end recruitment process in respect of completion and obtaining approval of request to fill vacancies, drafting job adverts. Screening of applications. Scheduling of interviews, conducting interviews and signing on of successful candidates. Compiling appointment letters and scheduling and ensuring on boarding process is completed.
Employee Relations Case Management – Communicate company values, activate line managers, and ensure a consistent application of ER policies and procedures. Responsible for the entire process of disciplinary and grievance hearings.
Training and Development – Offering ongoing education, training, and coaching on HR systems, policies and procedures to employees and line management. Assist line managers in identifying training needs in their areas of responsibility. Consolidate training needs and co-ordinate the identification and implantation of relevant training and development programs.

4 to 6 years working experience as HR Generalist
Proven working experience as HR Manager or related function.
Knowledge of HR systems, processes, and analysis of HR data base
Demonstrate experience with human resources metrics
Strong Industrial relations experience essential
