Job Description:

Well known Christian Media retail outlet is urgently seeking HR Administrator

Main job function

Coordinate, support and administration for HR Department

Qualifications:

Matric

Tertiary qualification in HR added advantage

Experience:

3+ years’ experience in a HR Department relating to the retail and wholesale sector

Experience in leading people and do so according to a deep set of culture principles and values

Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills

Able to design, plan and implement innovative HR systems and processes

Advanced problem-solving skills

Handling of all disciplinary actions in accordance to the relevant legislation

All recruitment responsibilities i.e. placement of adverts, sifting through CV’s, arranging interviews etc

Do follow up during probation period as well as evaluations

Letters of offer whether contract or permanent

Ad-hoc admin duties
