Main Job Function
The GM Operations is responsible for managing the security operations at a regional level. Security Operations include guarding services, alarm monitoring services, and rapid response services.
Key Performance Areas:
Operational Standards and procedures
Asset management and control
Operational risk management and business continuity
Manpower, training, and development
Performance Management and Reporting
Relevant degree, diploma or recognised certificates in management, risk management and/or security management.
At least 10 years’ experience as a manager in the security services industry.
Knowledge and experience in the review and improvement of operational standards and procedures.
Knowledge and experience of large contract implementation (Any recognised training in this field will be advantageous).
Knowledge and experience in operational risk assessment and management.
Well versed in English.
Excellent inter-personal skills.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Able to travel
