An international Security company with its head offices in the UK is looking to recruit a General Manager for their Cape Town region. This candidate needs to be technically strong and an expert in the Security & Fire industry.
Main job function
Provide leadership to the employees, the business and the management team
Continually set targets and goals and meet them
Strategically grow the Gauteng business unit
Implement and maintain new procedures and business policies
Ensure improvement in installation procedures and maintenance through technical efficiency
Grow market share of the business
Continued development of the management team
Bcom/ National Diploma
8-10 years in the Security Industry
At least 5 years Senior Management
