Excellent opportunity for an experienced, qualified CA (SA) for an Asset Investment concern within the Property Sector.

Main job function

 

·        Responsible for the full financial affairs of the group and will be involved in running feasibilities as part of the property investment team.

·        Responsible for all financial aspects including but not limited to, monthly financial reporting, consolidations, tax, developing compliance and control policies and procedures as well as incorporating client requirements and investment aspects of property, property due diligences, client liaison and company secretarial.

·        Executes on the day to day financial, asset administration, and investment activities of the company.

 

Responsibilities (not limited to the below)

        Undertake and manage all finances of the company and its clients

        Regular financial reporting including consolidation of all the SPV’s

        Management of financial resources of the company and the various funds

        Assist in the creation of a strategic financial plan for the company and its clients

        Conduct  due diligence of investments

        Produce financial feasibility of investments

        Budgets and forecasts and oversee current and future investments and capital structures for the company and its clients

        Control expenses and advise on methods to increase revenue and reduce costs

        Develop strong relations with all banking/lending institutions which the company deals with

        Report to and provide all financial reporting required by the company and its clients on a regular basis in the format required by each party

        Liaise with auditors

        Produce and monitor Investment performance ratios

        Produce portfolio dynamics and ensure risk measurement are in line with KPI’s

        Produce regular solvency and liquidity analysis as and when required

        Ensure covenants are not breached and carry out client reporting in terms of agreements

        Interface annually with Valuers on valuations and with valuers on new Investments

        Liaising and strengthening relationships with tenants

Qualifications & Experience

·        CA (SA) essential plus minimum of 8 yrs post articles experience which will include the Commercial Property/Asset sector
