Job Description:

An International Telecommunications Company is looking for a Financial & Administrative Manager to manage the Financial & admin areas of the group operations in SA.

Main job function

Report to General Manager and Functional Report to CFO

Responsible for Administrative and Financial areas of the group

Lead a team of 3 people

Audits Monitoring

Represent the company in external entities (Financial, HR, others);

Monitor CCMA processes - representing the company

Monitor BBBEE processes

Signature of BBBEE Certificate (preferential)

Monitor & Validate the Payroll

Provide services to other companies of the Group in South Africa

Registration of all accounting and financial information in the systems and software of

the Group

Analysis and advice on matters of ​​tax, labour and payroll legislation etc.


B. Com Accounting/Finance degree essential


Minimum 3 year as a Financial Manager with direct reports

SAICA Member

Financial Accountant


Knowledge of legal tax obligations and experience in their submission

Proven knowledge in SAGE

Knowledge of Labour Law

SAGE & SAGE Payroll

Knowledge of tax legislation;

Own vehicle
