Main job function
To ensure the statutory financial management of multiple entities within the Company functions and operates efficiently and effectively, including but not limited to budgeting, management and statutory accounting, bookkeeping, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting, all company and employee taxation and funding requirements, forecasting and other duties as such a position would require to fulfil.
The position is mainly an individual contributor role
To ensure that finance is seen as a value adding business partner. To develop Finance's influence in the making of business decisions.
5+ years relevant financial management work experience
Completed SAIPA/ACCA qualification will be beneficial to this roll.
Experience working in a multinational organization, with strict and tight reporting deadlines will be beneficial in this role
Computer literacy: SAP; MS Office - Excel Advanced, Outlook and Word;
Balance Sheet Reconciliations and journal processing is a critical component of this role
Administration Skills; Time Management; Advanced Financial Calculations; Advanced Financial Reporting; Business planning
Detailed knowledge of all financial procedures and processes, full suite of reporting statements, budgets, forecasts, IFRS, and knowledge of taxation.
Previous experience with tax outside of South Africa will be beneficial.
