Main job function

Overview: To successfully complete the day-to-day service and repair jobs assigned to you, and to help fellow technicians where requiredQualification in Software/Network configuration or Engineering – non-negotiable
Skills and experience:
Qualification in Software/Network configuration or Engineering – non-negotiable
Experience in repairs and maintenance on equipment, i.e., Air conditioners, Copiers and Printers
Working as a team member, being able to support the team and ask for assistance
Fast learner – e-learning training and hands-on training will be provided
Working fast and efficiently
Passionate about the Wellness industry – a lifestyle that reflects the brand
Overview of responsibilities:
Standard Certified Technician responsibilities:
· Deliver all Preventative maintenance jobs allocated, according to Technogym standard protocols
· Prepare accurate service reports for all PM services completed
Performance Certified Technicians responsibilities:
· Complete 100% of Aftersales e-learning
· Complete certification according to Technogym requirements
· Valid driving license
· Ensure all tools assigned to you are looked after and in a working condition
