  • Data Privacy and Protection                             
  • Organisational Development
  • Strategic Training and Development                            
  • Talent Management
  • Training Management                                                         
  • System & Application Management 
Post Graduate Degree: Human Resource Management
  • 5 – 10 Years relevant experience in a related role within manufacturing environment
  • Must have experience working with Unions
  • Strong IR & ER background 
  • Strategic thinker
  • Able to communicate and present on Executive board level
