The position is based in Worcester in the Western Cape.
Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with the multi - disciplinary team
Identify, prevent and report risks to ensure patient safety.
Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment
Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions
Participate in creating a learning environment that builds staff competence
Ensure that all utilized stock and equipment are accurately charged
Mimimum 1 year post qualification experience in an intensive care or high care unit
Criteria
Basic life support trained
Infection prevention and control
Pharmacology
Scientific nursing principles and process
Patient assessment skills
Nursing processes and procedures
Computer literacy
Relevant Nursing lesgislation
Nursing care plan skills
Risk identification
