Job Description:

Growing concern within the Wholesale / Retail / Food, Cash and Carry Industry sector, urgently seeks 2 detail orientated individuals for the Ormonde office

Main job function

Create and load new supplier & vendor information onto systems, link relevant stores and update product & price information, all as per the information contained in the vendor file.

Deactivate store accounts and suspend supplier product masters, as per information and / or authorisation received from the relevant HOD.

Ensure that signed documentation is received in each instance pertaining to new deals, supplier master changes and price master changes.

Ensure that supplier products and list prices are correct, by performing the necessary changes, upon receipt of authorisation from the Merchandise Executive.

Ensure that supplier product information remains relevant and accurate, by performing regular updates

Load all deals, promotional deals, once-off deals and incentive deals, as specified by the National and Store Merchandise team.

Ensure the accuracy of deal information, by informing merchandise and / or operations staff, when notification of incorrect pricing is received.

Implementation and management of an accurate filing system and ensuring that copies relevant to supplier product and price information is kept on record.

Ensure all processes you are involved in are taking place in an effective manner

Ensure that company commitments / policies are adhered to
