Job Description:

Our client, a manufacturer and supplier based in Glen Anil, is looking for a dynamic lady to join their busy office.

 

Main job function

Answering the phone

Interacting with walk in customers

Dealing with customer queries via phone, email & What's App Business.

Replying to email & What's App Business enquiries.

Querying prices with suppliers to generate customer quotes.

Preparing quotes on Pastel.

Capturing and converting quotes to sales orders.

Capturing & generating Invoices

Placing orders with suppliers

Following up on orders with suppliers

Booking collections with transporters

Making out waybills

Checking supplier deliveries to the warehouse

Capturing supplier invoices

Assisting with despatch

Qualifications:

Matric

Tertiary qualification an added bonus

Experience:

3+ years in similar position

Must be reliable and trustworthy

Must be able to multi task and handle pressure
