Job Description:

Our client, an IT company based in Ballito who are focused on developing and implanting software products and solutions that support productivity, compliance, and customer relations management, are looking for a dynamic IT “geek” to join their growing team.

 

Main job function

Be responsible for documenting the client's CRM design requirements, configuring the CRM to meet the requirements, documenting configuration, working with the development team to identify integration requirements and specify these, creating user training, delivering training, and floorwalking and user adoption support.

Qualifications:

Relevant IT Qualification

Experience:

· 5 plus years’ experience in IT

· Experience in implementing CRMs or cloud-based software solutions for clients

· Able to work at Board level to map processes, scope projects and agree on workflows

· Comfortable working remotely with distributed virtual teams

· Strong communicator

· Works well under pressure

· Excellent relationship manager

· Attention to detail in design, configuration and documentation

· Analytical and business process design skills

· Willing to travel to client sites at major centres within South Africa

· Within driving distance of Randburg or Ballito for training
