Job Description:

Branding and Event Solutions company in Cape Town urgently requires young, dynamic all rounders

Main job function

Answering of switchboard, taking messages or forwarding calls

Attending to walk in customers for collections or purchases

Attending to all incoming emails and forwarding to applicable colleague or replying where possible

Assist with quotations/pricing prior for country stock flags before formal quotations are done

Assist the Branch Controller with basic administration duties (filing/petty cash/delivery notes etc)

Arrange receipt and dispatch of orders

Comply with all head office processes and procedures

General assistance with the operating of Cape Town office

Qualifications:

Matric

Experience:

Reliable transport

1+ year experience in similar position

MUST speak Afrikaans

Must be available to start 25th March 2019
