Our client in the retail marketing sector requires a Client Relationship Manager.
Minimum three years experience in as a Client Relationship Manager in the retail sector of Mobile devices, telecoms and consumer electronics.
Build relationships with key employees and among customers. Maintain promotions and ensure smooth onset.
Create plan to address clients business needs and advice clients on creating profitable process.
Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied.
Act as a point of contact for customers to escalate issues as appropriate
Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
