MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Analyse and assess project change environment Change Ennoblement and support
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Project management principles, processes, tools, techniques and applications
climate, business drivers and constraints, processes and structures at both strategic and operational level
Change management analysis assessments and tools, including stakeholder analysis
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Change Management models, theories, principles, practices, etc.
Facilitation and communication skills at multiple stakeholder levels Computer literate (Microsoft oﬃce)
Bachelors degree, advanced diploma or suitable qualiﬁcation in Change Management, Psychology, Human Resources or related discipline
3-5 years relevant experience
5+ years experience in the private healthcare industry
