REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Project management principles, processes, tools, techniques and applications
climate, business drivers and constraints, processes and structures at both strategic and operational level
Business Acumen
Change management analysis assessments and tools, including stakeholder analysis
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Change Management models, theories, principles, practices, etc.
Facilitation and communication skills at multiple stakeholder levels Computer literate (Microsoft office)
Essential:
Bachelors degree, advanced diploma or suitable qualification in Change Management, Psychology, Human Resources or related discipline
