- Actively approach targeted business and local government clients
- Search for new client leads.
- Manage relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
- Manage sales team and develop their competencies in line with best practice
- Building and meeting the B2B budget
- Co-responsible for the brand image & positioning of the business
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide B2B sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the B2B sales and support departments
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

- Relevant qualification Sales qualification

- Experience in dealing with Local government, corporate and SMME markets
- Experience in and exposure to SETAs- advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
- Good corporate network
- Previous working experience as a B2B National Sales
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Analytical and data driven problem solver
