Main job function
To ensure the accurate capturing, processing and finalisation of all Personal and/ or Commercial Claims
FAIS Compliant within prescribed deadline and hold RE1
Minimum five years relevant work experience in short term insurance claim settlement (Personal and Commercial claims, Motor and Non-Motor).
Be able to deal with Brokers, direct clients, Managers, Directors, Suppliers and fellow employees.
Must have worked in a Corporate Broker claims environment several years experience in the following :
Assets All Risk / Business Interruption .
Marine / Stockthroughput
Financial lines – Kidnap & Ransom / Liabilities/ Directors & Officers etc
System use: experience using TIAL
