Main job function
The main purpose of this position is to manage the distribution/sales staff (goods, warehouse manager, internal sales staff, drawing office (fifteen people)
Maintaining good long-term customer (250) relationships - quoting and producing sufficiently
National/Higher Diploma (mechanical)
5 years minimum proven work experience as a Branch Manager within an industrial manufacturing/distribution of engineering consumables and components environment
Solid knowledge of products like Bearings/chain/fasteners/motors/seals /o- rings/conveyor belts/gearboxes/ lubricants/electrical spares/sensors
Understanding of workshop/branch environment
Managing by example - hands-on
