Qualifications
• Completed Financial Degree
Experience/Criteria
• Experience in the full spectrum of books to balance sheet
• Experience on an accounting package combined with strong Excel skills (graphs/formulas on Excel a must know)
• Good communication and people skills
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience
Main Job Function
• Creditors payments
• Cashbook – authorizing of bank recons on a weekly basis
• Debtors
• Leases
• Know how to Liaise with Centre Managers, Portfolio Managers and Meter Readers
• Analysis of expense vs recoveries on council consumables.
• Review monthly electricity accounts – check incorrect readings on history sheets
• Resolve queries – attend monthly meetings.
• Preparation of monthly audit file for landlord
• Preparation of monthly reports and financial packs.
• Actual to budget variances and reasons for variances both income and expenditure
• Preparation and capturing of annual budgets.
• Handling queries – debtors, creditors and balance sheet
• Attend monthly management meetings
• Liaison with Landlords.
• Submission of monthly VAT reports.
