An opportunity has arisen for a senior Customer Satisfaction and Quality Manager to join our client’s executive team, to oversee the full Quality Function of the business.

Qualifications 
    • A degree in Quality Management or a similar Business Degree

Experience/Criteria 
    • A minimum of 5 years Quality Management experience at a senior level 
    • Sound knowledge and legal application of relevant legislation i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards and procedures 
    • Legal audit experience and accreditation 
    • Sound knowledge of Quality and processes in an electrical/electronic manufacturing environment 
    • High work and achievement standards 
    • Strong leadership ability and team collaboration 
    • Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills 
    • Analytical thinking with high attention to detail 
    • High stress tolerance

Main job function 
    • Oversee the Customer Satisfaction, Quality Operations, Quality Systems and Health & Safety and Environment pillars of the Division 
    • Provide leadership, guidance and development of the team 
    • Spearhead and drive compliance to all relative legislation i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards and procedures 
    • Budget, forecast and report locally and internationally on all Quality activities 
    • Support and liaise with fellow Divisional Managers on all quality related issues 
    • Compile and formalise an annual quality improvement plan, quality assurance reporting programme and assessment of the progress of objectives 
    • Oversee the management of processes i.e. Six Sigma, 5 “S”, environmental targets, etc. 
    • Manage and train the internal audit team and guide action plans
