Experience/Criteria
· Experience in a similar role
· Literacy (word recognition, read instructions, fill in do write reports)
· Numeracy (recognise numbers, read gauges, scales, read specifications, calculate or more involved, accuracy)
· Mechanical (insight into machine/equipment operation, fault recognition, fault diagnosis, make adjustments, safety)
· Systems (understands information, relevance, flows and integration, inputs into systems)

Main Job Function
· Receive external sales order and capture on Iscala.
· Generate picking-slip from internal orders
· Once products are checked and dispatched, then confirm sales delivery on Iscala.
· All orders and other documentation is filled
Exports
· Record batch numbers and advise Laboratory
· Load containers as per batch numbers
· Ensure display of UN stickers
Local
· Prepare products for dispatch
· Complete documentation for trucks
· Complete loading control sheet
· Check product with driver into truck
· Receive signed delivery notes and control sheets
· Local: Farmers Agricare, Swaziland (small quantities and multiple products) & Raw Materials
· Receive order and ensue correctness of order ready for dispatch
· Check batch numbers and order
· Quantities
· Assist with month-end stock take
· Assist with order preparation
· Assist with loading/ offloading
· Maintain housekeeping standards
· Assist colleagues as required
